Right then, here’s what I’m getting from this dram… Nose opens wi’ a waft of honey’d orchard fruits 🍎🍯, a proper whisper of heathery smoke behind it. Not shoutin’, just sittin’ there. On the palate, it’s suprisingly silky. Cooked pears, a flicker of cinnamon, and that coastal saltiness creepin’ in. Almost buttery. Finish lingers gentle—bonfire embers and a tickle of dried peel. Easy drinkin’, this. No fuss, just warm company in a glass.
