Ooft, right so 🥃 Nose is proper lovely - loads of honey and vanilla, maybe a wee bit of dried fruit in there. Quite warm on the nose actually, like sitting by a fire kinda thing. Palate - oh wow. Getting some nice caramel and malty sweetness, bit of spice creeping in. There's defo some oakiness going on but not too heavy. Smooth as anything tbh 😍 Finish is long and warm, leaves this nice smoky linger without being too much. A wee hint of chocolate at the end maybe? Proper winter warmer this one ☕🔥 Would 100% have another dram of this. Gone down very nicely indeed.
