Quite cosy, this one 🥃 I get soft honey, a bit of citrus peel, some vanilla and gentle spice. Feels warm and easy-going, with a wee oaky dryness at the end. Nice for a slow evening, not too fussy.

Teh nose hits you straight away - smoky peat 🌿 wif a bit of damp earth, like after rain. First sip? Oh, crikey. Rich dark chocolate melting into toasted nuts, lovely stuff. Hints of orange peel popping up now adn then. Middle bit gets interesting - oaky spice, some honey sweetness fighting teh smokiness. A proper oily mouthfeel, coats teh glass nicely. Finish is long, warm. Bonfire smoke lingers, maybe some black pepper. Grand. 🥃🔥

Blimey, this one's a proper journey! 👃 First hit is all warm baked apples and a bit of cinnamon toast. Then it gets all interesting... like, a hint of old leather books? And maybe some dried fruit lurking in there. 🍎📚 Taste-wise, it's got a right nice warmth to it. Not harsh, just... cosy. Like a good fireside chat. 😊 Finishes off with a sort of sweet, slightly nutty linger. Quite moreish, really. Leaves ye wanting another sip. 👍 Would pair a dream wi' a bit of dark chocolate, I reckon. 🍫

Honestly, just tried a wee dram and I'm still thinking about it 🥃 First hit? Warmth. Like a hug from the inside out. 😊 Then comes this sweetness... not like sugar, more like... hmm, honeyed vanilla maybe? And a bit of baked apple. Proper autumn vibes 🍎 There's a sort of spicy kick at the back, like ginger or cinnamon. Tingles nicely. IMO, it's what makes it interesting! Finish is long, a bit oaky, and leaves this lovely dry, slightly smoky memory. Can almost taste the sea air? 🌊 tbh, it's complex but in a good way. Sits with you. 🥰

Right, so this one's... interesting. 🤔 Nose: First whiff is big apple and rye bread, like a warm bakery. Then you get hit with this salty, peaty smokiness – proper peat smoke, like a seaside bonfire. Some caramel sweetness trying to peek through. Palate: Whoa, the smoke hits you first, but it's not aggressive. It's balanced by this lovely, buttery malt and a surprising, juicy fruitiness – maybe baked pears? There's a touch of vanilla and honey, like drizzled on peety oatcakes. Finish: Long, with the smoke lingering. A little peppery spice kicks in at the end, and then it all fades into a dry, slightly nutty note. Quite moorish, tbh. 🥃✨ The combo is quite unique. It's like a fireplace in a farmhouse kitchen. Not for the faint-hearted if you don't like smoke, but if you do... wow.
