Nose: proper lovely stuff init 🍯 vanilla custard and a bit of burnt toffee, get some dried fruit and maybe a touch of cinnamon? Palate: oh thats ncie 👌 creamy mouthfeel, loads of honey and caramel, some spce comes through after a mo. hints of dark chocolate and nuts too Finish: medium lenght, warming ginger and a bit of oak at the end 🥃 overall quite enjoyabel, perfect for a quiet eveing in 👍

Oof, that first sip... 🥃 Rich and smooth, like a comfy blanket for my throat. I get sweet honey and a bit of vanilla right away, lovely. Then comes a gentle smoky whisper, not like a bonfire, more like a distant campfire on a cool night. Really warms you up, that warmt. A fruity note creeps in, maybe some apple or pear? And a little spicy tingle at the end. 😋 Really sippable, makes you wanna slow down and just enjoy it. Very nice indeed. 👍
