Aright, mate. First sip... get a right whiff of smoke, like a bonfire on the coast. 🌊 Then it mellows out, yeah? Got this sweet, kinda... syrupy? Like burnt sugar and a bit of honey. 🍯 Middle is all warm spices, cinnamon and a touch of black pepper. Goes down smooth. Finish is long and spicy, leaves a real nice warmth. Some dried fruit in there too, maybe fig. Proper job. 👍
