Oh bloody hell, that one’s a proper journey! 🥃 First whiff? Like walkin’ into a baker’s that’s also somehow in an orchard. Lots of ripe pears and a bit of honeycomb, yeah? Then you take a sip... Caramal and vanilla hit you first, smooth as. Then come the spices – cinnamon, maybe a whisper of nutmeg. Quite warming, innit. 🔥 The finish lingers... a lovely oaky dryness comes through, with a ghost of sweet fruit and just a smidge of smokiness. Not peaty-smoky, more like... a distant bonfire on a crisp autumn night. Really rather moreish. A proper comfortin’ dram for a cold evening. 👍
