Right, here goes… crackin’ open a wee dram after a long day 👃 First sniff: stewed apples n cinnamon, maybe a whiff of honeycomb 🍯 but there’s this faint, earthy thing behind it—almost like old leather armchair in a library, if that makes sense? Oh and a bit of vanilla fudge. Sippin’ now… smooth as silk on the tonge, no burn at all really. Warm spice comes through, like nutmeg and clove, then a surprise burst of dark toffee and dried apricots 🍊. The finish? Lingers for ages. Oaky, a touch of salted caramel, and a ghost of smokiness—not peat smoke, more like a distant bonfire you can just about remember. Warms the chest in a proper cozy way. Bah, i always write too much. Either way, it’s a lovely sipper, makes ye want to take yer time. Cheers 🥃
