Right then, had a wee dram of this last night and honestly? Lovely stuff 👌 First thing that hits ya is this gorgeous warmth - like wrapping yourself in a blanket on a cold Scottish evening. Very smooth going down, almost buttery. Quite lush realy. Getting loads of honey and vanilla on the nose, maybe a touch of tofffee as well. There's a bit of smokiness there but nothing overwhelmin, quite gentle actualy. On the palatte it's proper rich and full. Dark chocolate, dried fruit, hint of cherry maybe? A wee bit of ginger spice creepin in towards the end. Getting some biscuity notes which is rather nice 👍 The finish is long and warming, a bit of leather and oak coming thrugh. Slightly peaty but in a good way, not too heavy at all. All in all, cracking wee dram for a chilly evening sat by the fire 🥃 would definately have another glass or two Nose: honey, vanilla, toffee, gentle smoke 🍯 Palate: rich, dark chocolate, dried fruit, ginger spice Finish: long, warming, oak, leather Proper comfort in a glass that ☕😊
