Aye, first sip hits you wiff a blast of smoky peat... proper campfire vibes, init? 😤 But then it mellows out into these lovely dried fruit notes, figs 'n' raisins like. There's a nice kick of black pepper too 🌶️. Dunno if it's just me, but I get a hint of dark chocolate at the back, mingled wiff some oak. The mouthfeel is proper oily, coats the tongue nicely. 🍫 It's got a right long finish, that warmth just lingers. Reminds me a bit of sitting by a log fire on a damp evening. A really solid, convivial dram. 🥃
