Oooohhh, dis one’s got a proper kick to it! 😮 First sip’s like a wee bonfire in your mouth – smoky, but not too harsh, y’know? Gotta a bit of that wet peat smell, like after rain in da hills. 🌧️ Tastin’ some dark fruit, maybe plums or summat, mixed wi’ a kinda spicy warmth. Ginger? Cinnamon? Can’t quite put me finger on it. 🍂 Then there’s this surprising sweetness creepin’ in at da end. Like burnt toffee or honeycomb. Really sticks to your tongue. 🍯 It’s heavy, mind. Proper winter dram, innit. Needed a good splash o’ water to open it up, else it’s a bit... aggressive. Colour’s gorgeous though. Deep amber, like an old armchair. 🪑
