Just cracked open a bottle, and oh blimey, it's proper nice. 🍎 Fruity notes hit ya first, like apples and pears, then a bit of vanilla sneaks in. There's a gentle smokiness too, not too heavy. Finish is smooth, with a hint of honey 🍯 that lingers. Quite complex, innit? Goes down a treat on a cold evening. 🌧️ Some woody tones come through as well, like cinnamon or nutty bits. Really balanced, not too shaby at all. 😊

Right, had a wee dram this evening. 🥃 Nose is proper lovely, hint of sherri and maybe some smoke🔥. Taste is warm, goes down smooth like. Got some honey and pear maybe🍐. Finish lingers abit longer than expected. Definetly a winter warmer. No fuss, just good stuff. 😌 Cheers.
