Gold in the glass 🥃 Comes across quite dry, with earthy veg — peas, potatoes, a bit leafy. Then there’s this old cellar feel, damp wood and wine cask vibes. Not easy to pin down, but I like it. A touch of date sweetness, walnut skin, and a wee marmalade finish. Odd, but good.
