Right, so this dram... 🥃 Nose is all heather honey, vanilla fudge, a wee whiff of orchard fruits—think baked apples. 🍎 A gentle wisp of peat smoke too, coastal, almost like sea air. 🌊 On the pallate, it’s rich and oily. Toffee, cinnamon, a bit of nutmeg. Sweet but balanced with that lovely salty brine. Reminds me of a seaside bonfire. 🔥 Finish is long and warming, oaky spice and lingering fruit. No sharp edges at all. Proper comfy sipper. 😊
