Quite a strange dram, this one. I get bags of walnuts straight away, then pipe tobacco, cumin and caraway drifting about like an old tack room with a horse saddle in the corner. There’s a yeasty, doughy thing too, then loads of lemon zest cutting through the heavy pepper. Bit of crude cocoa, a whiff of sauna oils and potting soil. Oddly cosy though, like cinnamon rolls eaten in a shed on a damp Sunday 🙂
