🤔 Hmm, right. First nose is proper rich, all that vanilla and toffee just hits you straight away. On the palate, it’s lovely and smooth. I’m getting a bit of spice, maybe some cinnamon? And then there’s stewed apple coming through 🍎. Quite complex but not over the top. Finish is long and warm, a tiny bit peppery but mostly it’s all about that rich oak and a hint of something nutty. Very moorish, innit. 🥃😊 Definitely one to savour slowly. Proper winter dram, this.
