Pale gold in the glass, and honestly it feels a bit straight from the still. Lots of yeast, bread dough, yoghurt and a wee saucer of porridge, with some half-baked pastry vibes. There’s green lemon zest and pepper kicking about too, almost like an artisanal eau-de-vie or slivovitz sort of thing. Finish hangs around, but it’s still pretty raw and feels bottled way too early 😅
