Ooh, first sip and it's like pine cones and fir wood smoke swirling around. Got that leather and seashell brine, with a medicinal, antiseptic kick – propolis and old Riesling come to mind. The minerality is utterly magnificent, incredibly clean! Smoky, medicinal, topical vibes. Salinity hits, seaweed smoke and salty air. Phenolic with tar and a drop of real absinth. Full gold, pure, amazing. Lifts you like Mozart, mangos are dancing in. Fifty years old chartreuse, OBE. New latex, bicycle inner tube – oooh! Cider apples too. Extremely well selected, light tobacco. 🔥

Blimey, this is something else. First whiff and you're straight on the coast — salty air, seashells, that briny salinity hitting you. There's this brilliant nose going on, almost medicinal and topical, a bit like antiseptic mixed with propolis. Strange combo but it just works. First sip and oooh — this minerality is utterly magnificent, proper new minerality that lifts you like Mozart honestly. There's tar in there, a touch of bicycle inner tube, maybe some new latex too. Sounds weird but it's incredibly clean at the same time 🤷‍♂️ Then out of nowhere mangos are joining the party, some cider apples sneaking in, even a hint of fifty years old chartreuse lurking in the background. There's this burning fir wood warmth that just wraps around you. Gets better as it opens up — new leather couch vibes, that old Ardbeg character shining through. More old Ardbeg than modern Ardbeg can be, you know what I mean? That coastal phenolic thing never lets go. Honestly amazed. Properly magnificent stuff. 😮‍💨

一开瓶就是扑面而来的海风、湿石头和一丝消毒水的凛冽，啊，是那种老派的、带着盐粒的烟熏感。 抿一口，舌头先触到咸咸的矿物感，然后是燃烧松木和焦油，底下居然藏着点芒果的甜润和新皮革的味道，意外地协调。 中后段有点像含了颗薄荷糖，清凉里透出蜂胶和草药的滋味。烟熏一直都在，但很干净，像海边篝火熄灭后的余烬。 最妙的是它的“筋骨”，咸味和矿物质撑起了整个骨架，复杂却毫不费力，喝着喝着自己就轻飘飘的，心情莫名变好。 收尾很长，带点烟灰、内胎橡胶和一点点苦精似的回甘，真舍不得放下杯子。

Just had a sip of this old coastal beauty – the nose is brilliant, straight up seashells and salty air with tar and seaweed smoke. It's medicinal, antiseptic even, but incredibly clean for something so peaty. Feels like fifty years old chartreuse, but better. On the palate, mangos are joining the dancing with pine cones smoke, a touch of old riesling fruitiness. Phenolic and topical – maybe tropical? Full gold in the glass, with new leather couch and burning fir wood on the finish. Lifts you like Mozart, honestly. OBE? Yeah, it's got that old bottle charm. Like a Lexus to a Mercedes twenty years ago – just top-tier stuff. 🍂

拧开瓶盖那瞬间就闻到海藻混着烟熏的潮气，像在海边点了篝火。倒进杯子里，蜂胶那种甜丝丝的药味先冒出来，闻久了又有点像药箱里的软膏。 第一口下去，哇哦，烟熏感比想象中还猛，但不是呛人的那种，是带着点松果烧焦的香气。皮革味特别明显，让我想起那张在家具店闻过的新皮沙发，稍微坐久了就有种旧旧的烟草感。 没想到后面居然跑出苹果酒的甜，酸酸甜甜的，像小时候喝的气泡饮料。有那么一瞬间，我恍惚觉得这瓶酒跟二十年前那辆车有点像——不是说味道，是那种老派但扎实的感觉。 烟熏味里慢慢透出点热带水果的影子，芒果？居然有芒果！跳出来跟烟熏味一起跳舞，太奇妙了。 整体很干净，纯粹，有种老式威士忌才有的陈年味道，闻着杯子都香。唔…这杯喝得我真舒服。😌
