这杯真有点惊喜啊！第一口就尝到小莓果的酸甜，慢慢散开变成热带水果的感觉，甚至有杏子的香气。特别creamy，香草味明显，像在吃香草蛋糕～ 完全不是那种重橡木的风格，尾韵很长，收尾时还能感觉到苹果和mirabelles的味道。让我想起一些2000年代的Meursault，那种细腻又带点油润的质感。 整体非常精致，水果调为主，层次分明。不是那种“被Parkerised”的浓郁路线，反而有种轻盈的复杂感。喝完很久嘴里还有余味，真的很棒 👍

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of sweet malt, soft fruit, and a wee touch of spice. Feels warm, smooth-ish, with a gentle smoky nip at the end. Nice for a quiet evening.

Right, here's me scribblin' this down after a proper dram… Nose was like walkin' into a warm bakery, bit of honey drizzled on toasted oats. Then a wee whisper of sea salt an' maybe a singed orange peel 🍊✨ Palate? Ooft. Silky at first, then a lovely wee kick of spiced toffee an' dark fruit. Sultanas stewed wiv sum Demerara sugar, a crack of black pepper comin' through right at the back 🌰🌶️ Finish is long & lazy, like sittin' by a dying fire. That gentle waft of bonfire embers an' a faint cocoa bitter-sweetness just hangs aboot. Left me smilin' like an eejit tbh 😊🥃 Proper, that.

Oh, this one's a bit of a beast, innit? 💨 Right off the bat, it's got that proper smokiness – like a bonfire on the moors. Then there's this earthy, peaty thing goin' on, almost like damp soil after rain. 🍯 And sweet? Oh aye, there's a lovely honey sweetness that cuts through. Vanilla notes creep in too, smooth and creamy. 🌳 The oak is there, givin' it a woody backbone, and a touch of fruity apple or pear in the background. 🌶️ A little spice at the end, maybe cinnamon? Quite the dram, really.
