Nose is exceptional – like popping into a bakery at 5am, with fresh baguettes and sourdough. On the palate, it's an avalanche of creamy, sweeter citrus, lemon tartelettes, and crème eggs. Mouthfeel is fatter, with more bread and croissants coming through. French oaks and excellent bourbon wood give it depth, a hint of kerosene in the background. Not peated, but lovely bitter molecules linger. Barely three years old, yet the finish is pretty long. Sometimes I think of puréed avocado, and it turns much more tropical – mangos, pink bananas, and not-too-ripe guavas. Fab Shizuoka vibes? Maybe, but it's just impeccable. 😊

刚开瓶那股冲劲儿真有点上头,像发酵车间混着旧木头和醋的味道,但挺特别的。 抿一口,哇,咸橄榄和香蕉酒的感觉立马冒出来,隐约还有点脏朗姆的影子,辛香料的调子倒是挺gentle。 尾韵好长,木柴炉的烟火气里泛着香草荚和一丝……油漆?(就像新家具那种varnish味儿😂) 喝完舌根留着点咸鲜,像海边的samphire,整体有点狂野但又莫名和谐,适合慢咂摸。

天呐,这杯闻起来就更贴近麦芽汁的感觉了 🌾 草本和樟脑味特别明显,凉飕飕的,层次很复杂。 口感比一些酒体更厚重,油腻感上来了,有点像啤酒发酵后的那种复杂,收尾带点清漆感。 薄荷烟草混着发酵水果,烟熏倒不多,但深底下有点肉感。梨子味更熟了一点点,整体感觉更深沉。 加水后反应挺大,颜色是饱满的金色 🥃。回味很长,而且留着那种清漆似的余味。 真的,喝着感觉更“深”了,不是那种明亮直给的风格。🍃

Full gold in the glass, quite thick and oily 🥃 I get ripe pears, fermenty fruit, a bit of beeriness, then herbal/menthol stuff with camphor. There’s varnish, earthy dirt, tiny meaty touches, and just a wee puff of smoke. With water it shifts about loads — deeper, less bright, more thoughtful. Long finish, a little varnishy, but in a good odd way. Quite a mood.

Bit wild, this one 😅 Nose is short but punchy: varnish, model paint, white vinegar, lamp oil, and overripe banana cake. Taste feels salty and dirty in a fun way — green olives, samphire, a sharp white-wine tang, and a whiff of old wood-fired still. Finish is gentler than expected: vanilla pods, black olives, and a funky fermenty edge. Proper odd, but kinda compelling.
