这酒闻着就像把黑板擦和海边散步混在一起了？🌿 chalk的味道很明显，还夹杂着一丝海藻的咸味。尝起来呢…有种精密仪器的感觉，每个层次都分得很开，green apples的酸和lemon的清新，底下又压着点petrol的影子。 最神奇的是那个尾韵，extremely long finish啊，像潮水一样退了又回。明明感觉酒体很轻，但喝完后舌头还在不停变换味道，先是salt，然后是seaweed，最后居然飘出来点Absinth的草本香。 有种喝老式机械钟表的感觉，每个零件都清清楚楚。不过有时候会想，要是再多点cask influence会不会更丰润些…但这种pristine distillate的纯净感，确实别处难找。

Blimey, this one's got a real kick o' spice at first 🌶️, then it mellows out into some toffe an' dried fruit, innit 🍎? Finish is warm, like, with a bit o' oak an' a whisper o' smoke 🔥. Quite moreish, really. Could drink this all night, mate. 😊 Aye, the nose is all honey an' a hint o' vanilla, kinda floral 💐. On the tongue, there's a nice balance o' sweet an' woody notes. Gets a tad spicy towards the end, but smooth as. Not too shabby! 🥃 Erm, might be a touch o' citrus in there too, like orange peel or summink. Really enjoyin' this, cheers! 🎉

Aye, this one's proper lovely, innit? 🍯 Starts off wif a right nice kick o' spice, a bit o' cinnamon an' a hint o' pepper. Then it mellows out, gettin' all smooth an' honey-like. Quite drinkable! Got a bit o' that smokey thing goin' on in the background, not too strong like. An' a touch o' vanilla an' some fruity notes, maybe apple? 🍎 Finish is long an' warm, leavin' a nice glow. Defo a good pour for a quiet night in. 👍

Right then, had a wee dram of this earlier 🥃 Smells lovely, real honey and vanila on the nose 🍯. Taste is smooth, sweet start then them oaky spices kick in 🪵. Finish lingers warm, hint of smoke 🔥. Reckon it's a proper good one for a rainy eve. Definately worth the dram. Cheers! 🍻

Right, had a proper go at this one 🥃. Smells like honey and dried fruit, real inviting 🍯. Taste is smooth, bit of vanilla creepin' in. Warmth spreads out nicely... very comforting 🔥. Definatly a keeper for winter nights. Makes the rain outside feel worth it 🌧️. Cheers mates 🍻.
