开瓶后第一感觉就是——这酒值得试试，真的挺不错。颜色像淡白葡萄酒，闻起来有柠檬和小莓果的清新，混着点青草和树叶的气息，干净得像一阵风。 喝起来比鼻子闻到的更开阔，果味很直接，糖渍姜饼的甜感慢慢浮出来，但完全不腻。尾调居然有点香草和淡淡木头味，加了水变化也不大。整体像在喝一杯出色的金汤力，清爽又带点趣味。说实话，这种又年轻又显老练的酒很少见。

Right, this one's interesting – smells quite young and naked, but takes you a bit by surprise. There’s a definite hit of ginger and something like tonic water at first, then it opens up straight away to all these little berries and grapefruits. Really direct, juicy fruitiness – none of that bubblegum stuff. Almost like sucking on a sugar cane stick. It feels wider in your mouth than the nose suggested, kind of a gingerbread warmth spreading out. There’s a hint of oak, but it’s not heavy – more like one of the youngest old whiskies, if that makes sense? The fruit hangs on beautifully, those juicy raisins right at the end. Perfectly mature for what it is. Definitely worth checking out if you like fun, straight-ahead fruits. 😊

Clean and fresh, with lemon, grapefruit and a bit of gin & tonic sparkle 🍋 Feels wider on the palate than the nose suggests — juicy raisins, pale white wine, tiny berries, and a wee touch of gingerbread. Not much oak, which I quite like. Water doesn’t do loads, but it stays fun and bright. Good length, easy going, bit unusual in a nice way.

Quite a cosy dram, really. I get a bit of honey, soft oak, dried fruit and a wee spice kick 🥃 Feels warm, smooth-ish, with a gentle smoky edge. Nice for a quiet evening, not too fussy.

Warm and a bit smoky, with honey, dried fruit and a wee peppery kick. Feels cosy, like a rainy evening dram by the fire 🥃 Finish is gentle, slightly oaky and sweet.
