Right, just had a wee dram and it’s… blimey. Nose is like walking into a bakery – fresh panettone, warm scones with a knob of butter, then this odd flash of Hawaiian pizza, that sweet ham and pineapple thing. Not complaining, just a bit chirpy chirpy cheep cheep 🍍 Sipping it (very good, by the way), that bourbon cask comes through in sultanas and raisins, but there’s a slight ethanol prickle at first. Calms down into sourdough toast, sticky figs, and buttery brioche. Gets properly maltier as it sits, like pulling apart a raisin roll fresh from the oven. Cheers 🥃

Aye, proper sun-kissed hunny on the noes 🍯☀️, then a wee puff o’ peat smoke an’ heather. Palete’s got toffy apple, vanila oak, an’ a salty lick like sea spray 🌊🧂. Finish is warm spice an’ dark choc 🍫. Reet good sipper, that. 🥃

Warm and a bit spicy, with a soft honey sweetness and some oaky dryness. Feels cosy, slightly smoky, and pretty easy to sip by the fire 🔥🥃

First thing I get is 🍎 apple, like orchard stuff, and a bit of honey. There’s vanilla too, warm, like from the oak. Some citrus sneakin’ in, lemon zest maybe? 🌊 Mouthfeel is smooth, nice and rounded. I’m tasting cooked fruit, apricot perhaps. A whisper of smoke, not aggressive, just there in the back. 🥃 Finish is medium, leaves a touch of spice and that honey again. A really pleasant, easy-drinkin’ dram. 👍

Been tastin' this whisky and it's proper lush, innit? 🥃 Nose has got a bit of smoke and some fruity notes, like apples or sumpin'. Sippin' it, it's smooth with a touch of honey and a spicy kick. Quite enjoyin' the warmth, mate. 😊
