Proper lush, this one. 👃 Nose hits you with sticky toffee pud, baked peaar, and a wee bit of honey'd oak. Then a wiff of pipe tobacco and old leather armchair. 🌿 Palatte is gentle but warming – dried apricots, cinnamon, a touch of dark choccy. Mid-palate, that peat smoke creeps in, soft and earthy, like a bonfire on the beach. 🔥🌊 Finish hangs about for ages… salted caramel, a crack of black pepper, and just a whisper of coastal brine. Absolutley belter. 🥃✨
