Got it. Right, first sniff... strong **smoke** 🔥, almost like a bonfire. But underneath, there's a lovely **caramel** 🍯 sweetness and a bit of **leather**. Taking a sip... it's **spicy**, **cinnamon** and **pepper**, but then it mellows into **dried fruit** and more of that **caramel**. The mouthfeel is **oily** and rich. The finish is long, **smoky** again with a touch of **dark chocolate**. It's a proper warming dram. 🥃 Quite the journey, that one.
