Nose is all honey'd orchard fruit and a whisper of sea spray. Bit of a biscuity warmth in there too 🍯🍎 First sip—oh that’s *proper* chewy malt. Stewed pears, a lick of toffee, then this gentle spice builds, like nutmeg and a flicker of white pepper. Mouthfeel’s silky, almost too easy. Mid-palate gets a touch of dried apricoot and a faint coastal brininess. The finish? Warm ginger and oaky vanilla that hangs about for ages. Tiny wisp of bonfire smoke right at the end 🔥 Lovely drop for a drizzly evening. No shouty flavours, just a cosy, layered hug in a glass 🥃
