Right, so this dram… first sniff is all orchard fruit, bruised appel 🍎 n a bit of pear. Then a honeyed sweetness creeps in, not cloying mind. On the tounge it’s propa smooth, vanila custard, a flicker of cinnamon. Tiny lick of oak at the end, warm peppery glow. Does the job nicely that. Cheers! 🥃

Oh that peat smoke hits you first, you know? Proper bonfire vibes 🔥 Then it's all swet honey and... what's that... dried fruit? Like raisins maybe. Get a bit of vanilla too, and something almost spicy. Sip it neat, obvs, nice and slow. Really warming, that finish lingers ages. Might just be my fave of the ones I've tried recently. Cheers! 🥃

First thing that hits me is this lovely peat smokiness, not too agressive but definately there 🏔️ Then there's this honey sweetness, almost like golden syrup on toast innit 🍯 A bit of citurs zing comes through, lemon peel maybe? Fruity notes too - think dried fruits, maybe a touch of plum or somthing 🍇 Gets abit spicy towards the end, like cinnamon and ginger warming you up Ooh and there's a subtle vanilla caramel thing going on, very moreish actually 🍮 Finish is quite long, leaves this nice smoky malty aftertaste Overall quite well balanced, the peat and sweetness work really well togther. Would happily have another dram of this 👍

🥃 Just had a sip... starts with this warm caramel hug, then a gentle smoky whisper comes through. A bit of vanilla sweetness there, maybe some stewed fruits? Almost like... apple pie left in the kitchen too long. Oh, and a little prickly spice at the end, like nutmeg or cinnamon? The finish is longe, woody, and strangely moreish. Gets better as it sits. Nose: more honeye and dried grass now. 🌾 Not bad at all, mate. Sláinte! 🥃

Ah, this one's got a real nice vibe, innit? 🥃 Fruity kick at the start, like ripe pear and citrus, then some lovely vanilla and honey sweetness comes through. A bit of toasted oak there, maybe a hint of subtle smoke in the background. Proper smooth, that. Goes down a treat on a chill evening. 👍
