Right then, here’s what I’m getting from this dram… Nose is like walking into a warm bakery🍞, sticky toffee pudding just out the oven, a bit of dried fruit — sultanas, maybe a whisper of orange peel. There’s a gentle spice too, like cinnamon sticks, not overpowering. On the pallate it’s silky, almost oily. Caramel and vanilla custard hit furst, then a lovely wave of baked apple wiv a dusting of nutmeg. That spicy warmth comes back, clove and a hint of black pepper, but it’s all wrapped up in honey. The finish? Medium-long, with a fading glow of oakey wood and a touch of dark chocolate bitterness that balances the sweet. Just a little drying at the end, makes you want another sip. Cozy stuff, proper fireside whisky. 🔥🥃

Just had a sip of that dram... wow, immediate smoky peat hit 🔥 followed by this surprising sweetness, like orchard fruits? Then comes the warmth, long and peppery finish lingers on the tongue. Lovely stuff. Really feels like a walk through a damp autumn forest. 🍂

Mmm, getting this lovely warming sensation first... bit of vanilla and maybe some stewed fruit? Quite sweet upfront. There's a nice smoky note coming through now, like a distant bonfire 🔥 but it's not overpowering. Touch of spice on the finish. Really smooth actually, doesn't burn at all. Leaves a nice caramelly taste. Quite morish! 🥃
