Right then, just poured a dram 🥃. Nose is proper lovely. Honey 🍯, vanilla, and a bit of orchard fruit. Maybe pear? There's a whisper of smoke too, very gentle. Tasteing it... warm 🔥. Spicy oak straight away. Cinnamon and nutmeg. Smooth, realy smooth. No burn. Finish lingers nice and long. Sweet at first then drys out. Perfect for a rainy evening 🌧️. Cheers mates! 🍻
