Right, here we go... 🥃 Nose on this is a proper treat—loads of honey'd orchard fruit, like overripe pear & a whiff of vanilla slice from the bakery. Gets a bit of that bonfire smokiness creepin' in, not heavy, more like driftwood embers. 🔥 Palate's lush, actually. Chewy toffee, a biscuity malt backbone, then this wave of dark chocolate digestive with a wee pinch of sea salt. There's a peppery kick towards the back, ginger nuts sort of warmth. 🌶️ Finish is medium long, drying gently with oak spice and a whisper of leather. Leaves yer gums tinglin. No harsh edges, just a friendly hug in a glass. Slàinte mhath, innit. 😮‍💨

Right, this whisky's got a proper nice taste, init? Starts with a bit of honey and smoke, then some fruity notes come through. Quite smooth on the tongue, like. 🥃 Sometimes a hint of spice lingers, but it's all good. Really warms you up on a cold night. 👍
