Just had a dram, quite nice. First thing you notice? It's got this warm, slightly sweet vibe, like honey on toast 🍯 but with a bit of spice. Then there's a hint of something woody, maybe oak? Gives it a proper backbone. Slightly dry finish, leaves a pleasant tingle. Overall, a proper sit-by-the-fire kind of drink 🥃👍

Right then, first whiff is proper rich, like dried fruits - raisins, maybe a hint of orange peel. Then it gets all creamy on the tongue, coats the mouth lovely. Bit of toffee and vanilla coming through, with a wee bit of char from the barrel. Finish is long and warming, leaves a nice spicy tingle. 🥃 Aye, that's a solid dram for a chilly evening.
