Aye，poured meself a dram. First nosing: like walking into a bakery where someone's left a wood-fired oven on — warm bread crust，a bit of sooty smoke 🔥. Palate's got that sugary fruit，like tinned peaches left in the cupboard，and a tiny prick of black pepper. Then comes a sort of creamy vanilla custard thing，simple but solid 👌. Finish is medium，leaves a gentle warmth on the tongue，like sitting by a fading fireplace. No complexity awards，but a proper Tuesday night sipper. 🥃
