Feels pretty young and lively — lots of green pepper, grass and capsicum 🌿 A sweet bit of pear and pineapple comes through, then damp earth, cloves and old walnuts. Smoke keeps building on the side, quite spicy and farmy. Finish is surprisingly long, warm, and a wee bit wild 🥃

Right then, here's the tasting scribble from last night... Nose first hit me like a warm oaty flapjack drizzled with honey 🍯, but then this odd whisp of something floral kept peekin through, almost lavender-ish? Not in a soapy way, just... gentle. Sippin neat—blimey, that's a cuddle of creamy vanilla custard right away, but there’s a cheeky wee pepperiness nipping at the edges. Slightly waxy feel on the tongue, like a well-worn tweed jacket. Then a slow ripple of stewed apple and maybe a dusty clove 🍎. Finish is proper cosy. Medium-long, leaving a soft ember of oaky spice and a faint salty caramel vibe that makes you instantly want another dram. \*lets out a sigh\* Yeah. It’s like autum in a glass. Proper comforting, no nonsense. Just solid sipping.

Oh right, poured myself a dram. Smells like... hmm, burnt sugar 🤔 and maybe some wet earth? Really hits the nose with this kinda... sweet smoke? Defo reminds me of autumn bonfires. Taste-wise, it's proper warming. Got that classic caramel sweetness 🍬 mixed with a bit of spice, like cinnamon or something. There's a hint of fruit too, maybe dried apple? The peat is there, but it's not overdone, just kinda lingers in the background. Finish is long and spicy, leaves a bit of that smoky feeling on the tongue. Easy to drink, not too complex but very comforting. 👍 Fair play, this is a decent pour.

Smoky and spicy 🔥 Yeah definately gettin' some citrusy notes? Kinda zingy. A bit o' peaty smoke there, nice 👍 Hmm... maybe sone apple or pear? Sweet like. Vanilla’s comin’ through now, smooth-ish finish. Aight, pretty good drop actually 🥃 Kinda chewwy oak at the end? Like it. Cheers 🍻
