Right, so this dram… 🥃 Nose is pure stewed orchard fruit straight off, like baked apples with a crack of black pepper, then this drift of woodsmoke and just a whisper of heather honey. Takes me back to a bonfire after a drizzly walk. 🌧️🔥 On the pallate, whoah. Oily and warming—starts wi’ a sudden flush of sultana and dark toffee, then the peat creeps in, not shouting, more like a damp campfire. Mid-pouint there’s this sappy, almost piney spike, then it smooths out intae a salted caramel vibe. Touch of clove, maybe cardamom. Finish hangs aroond for ages, a dry, smoky ember wi’ a late kiss of seaside brine and a tiny echo of spearmint. Lips are still tinglin’. A proper fireside smmer. Smashing. 👌✨

Cheers, mate! 🥃 Right, so this one’s proper smooth, innit? 🍯 Bit of honey and vanilla up front, like, with a subtle smoky linger. Oaky notes creep in after, quite mellow. Finito is warm, a little spicy 🌶️. Grand for a quiet evening, that.

Oh mate, this one's proper lush 😍 First sip — straight up honey and vanilla, like proper creamy stuff. Then you get this lovely toffee/caramel thing going on, bit of dried fruit in there too 🍯 Finish? Warm, spicy, hints of smoke. Oaky but not too much. Just... mmmm. Honestly could drink this all night. Cracking whisky 👌

Had a wee dram of something lovely last night. Aroma was... 🌞 warm sunshine on an old leather armchair, with a distant smoky fire. First sip – oh, creamy! Vanilla custard, a bit of apple. Then 🌶️ a gentle spicy kick, like black pepper on ginger cake. Finish was long, warming. Felt a bit like toasted oak and dark chocolate. Might’ve had a second one. 😋 Sometimes the peat whispers, doesn’t shout. That’s the proper way.

Right then, poured a glass 🥃. Smells like bonfire night 🔥, proper peaty. There's a hint of sea salt 🌊 and maybe some lemon zest 🍋. Taste is warm... oily texture. Got some vanilla pod 🍦 and oak 🪵 underneath. Finish lingers quite a while, spicy bite 🌶️. Definatly a winter warmer. Cheers mates 🍻.
