Right, here goes… Poured it — light gold, pretty enough. Nose is… odd. Moist old wood, bit of citrons, then this weird candied angelica thing. Almost like Jelly Babies left in a damp shed. Slightly frustrating because it promises a lot. Sip it — malty, dried apple rings, touch of plums, then kind of joyous? Wait, Fruit Loops? Actually get a citrusy, fresh burst, nice freshness. But it’s disembodied, feels like the flavour’s floating about with no weight. A little weak, low strength shows. Then it’s very short. Very short. Finish vanishes, turns earthier for a second, then gone. Un-nice how abrupt that is, after the most pleasant bit up front.

Warm and malty at first, with a bit of honey, oak and dried fruit. Feels cosy rather than showy — slight spice, soft smoke, and a sweet finish that hangs about nicely 🥃 Proper easy to sip on a quiet evening.

Blimey, this dram's got a real smoky kick to it! 😮 Feels all warm and cozy, like sittin' by a fire. Hints of vanilla and honey come through, smooth as anyfing. Proper lush with a bit of spice at the end. 👌 Tastes like a cheeky treat after a long day.

Oh man, that whisky was just brilliant! 😊 Smooth and warming, like a hug on a cold day. Got some sweet fruity bits – maybe apples or pears? And a whiff of smoke that’s not too overbearing. Really enjoyed the finish, a bit of spice that lingers nicely. 🥃 Reminded me of autumn walks. Just a lovely sipper for relaxed evenings.
