Okay so first thing... nose? 🍋 Citrus and apple pie, very fresh, a bit of smoke maybe 🌲. Tastes like vanilla cream with honey? Yes, that sweet thing. Then some spice, ginger or cinnamon? "Peaty" but not overwhelming, more like a background whisper 👂. Finish is medium, leaves a bit of warmth. Nice evening dram.
