Ah, lovely! That first sip is just smashing. 👃 Can definitely get some nice caramel notes right off, with a hint of... is that orange peel? And a bit of oakiness there. Palate is really smooth, you know? A bit of honey, maybe some dried fruits coming through. There's a warmth there, but not too much - just a gentle hug from the inside. 😌 Finish is decent, medium-length, leaves a sort of spicy, woody aftertaste. Very enjoyable for a quiet evening. Would be perfect with a drop of water, I reckon. Cheers! 🥃

Right so, had a wee dram of this one last night 🥃 Oaky and a bit smoky at first, like sitting by a bonfire innit. Then you get this lovely honey sweetness coming through, almost like warm toffee 🍯 Bit of dried fruit there too, raisins and that. Spicy finish - cinnamon maybe? Stays with you for ages Honestly it's proper nice on a cold evening. Smooth enough to sip neat, no need for water imo 👌 Would deffo have another one. Maybe two. Don't tell the missus 😅
