Right then, just had a dram of this one... First thing that hits you is this lovely honey sweetness, like proper golden stuff 🍯 Then comes the fruit, maybe apple or pear? Can't quite tell but it's nice. The middle bit's got some vanilla going on, quite creamy actually. And there's a wee touch of smoke there too, not too heavy like. Finish is warm and spicy, lingers nicely. Maybe a hint of toffee at the end? 🤔 Pretty decent drop altogether. Would have another glass easy 👍

Quite the dram, this one! 🔥 First thing - that big smoky hit, like sitting by a bonfire on a damp night. Then it gets all warm and woody in the mouth, a bit like chewing on an old oak barrel. Maybe a bit of spicy ginger? 🌾 Slight sweetness creeps in, honeyed or something, but it never gets too soft. That smokiness hangs about, like it’s reluctant to leave. Makes your chest glow nicely. Perfect for after a long walk. 👍
