Just tried this new single malt... rather smashing innit 🥃 First sip, get this wave of honey & baked apples, like a proper apple crumble yeah? Then a sneaky bit of smoke comes through, not too peaty but gives it a nice campfire vibe 🔥 Finish is all warm cinnamon and a hint of dark chocolate. Goes down smoother than a Sunday morning 🍫 Really rather moreish, might need another glass to be sure 😅

Ooh this one's lovely, innit? 🥃 Nose of honey and kinda dusty wood, bit of smoke... Taste is smooth, caramel and vanilla, maybe a hint of apple? 🍎 Finish is long and warm, proper comforting. Def a new fav. 👍

Nosing: Rich honey and vanilla with a whisper of orange zest. 🍯🍊 Palate: Smooth and honey-ish, got some dried fruit and a touch of oak. Quite warming. Finish: Long and gently spiced. Really sippable! 😊

Apple crumble and cinnamon first hit 🍎... then honey and vanilla come through, proper lovely! A bit of toasted oak and Christmas cake too. 🍰 Smells like walking into a warm kitchen after Sunday roast, innit?

Proper nice dram this one 🥃. Got that warm honey vibe 🍯. Bit of smoke on the finish, not too much though 🔥. Goes down smooth like. Definatly a goodun for a rainy evening. Cheers! 🍻
