Right, so first off there's this big waft of smoke, kinda like a bonfire on a damp evening. Not harsh, just... there. 🌫️ Then you get this lovely sweet stuff - bit of honey, a bit of vanilla. Like the ice-cream van mixed with the beehive at the garden centre. 🍯 Wait, there's a bit of citrusy kick too? A bit of orange peel. Zingy! 🍊 And right at the back, it's all warming. Like cinnamon and dark chocolate. And some dried fruit, maybe a raisin or two. Y'know, the posh ones in the Christmas pudding. 🍫 Finish is long. That smoke comes back, with a sort of... woody, leathery thing. Really makes you think. Proper dram, this. 👍
