Aye, this one’s proper ginger-honey on the first sniff, like walking into a baker’s at Christmas 🍯. Got that warm, spicy kick right at the back of the throat, mind. Then comes a bit of a surprise – all sweet vanilla and maybe some baked apple? Not what I’d expected, innit. Lingers like a cozy memory, honestly. Nose: 7/10 Palate: a solid 8, infact 👌 Finish: warming, almost like gentle smoke. Perfect for a rainy evening, this. Might be a bit too sweet for some, but I’m not complaining. Cheers! 🥃
