Ah, just had a dram. First sip, got this lovely **smooth** hit of **citrus** and **honey** 🍯. Then it opens up into something **smoky** and **spicy**, a bit like a winter fireplace 🌲🔥. Finish is long and **warm**, with hints of **vanilla** and **caramel**. Really nice for a cosy evening. Definitely a keeper. 👍
