Really enjoying this one! Smoky but with a soft sweetness, like honey mixed with toasted oak. There’s a slight spice at the end – kinda like cinnamon maybe? Feels rich and smooth. I get some vanilla and a bit of dark chocolate too. Super nice after a long day. 🥃 Sip it slow, you’ll notice more layers. Def one for relaxing with a good book. 😌

Right then, had a wee dram of this earlier 🥃. Proper lovely nose on it. Smells like old books and honey 🍯, reminds me of my grandads study. Bit of orchard fruit too, maybe pear? First sip... warm glow straight away. Spreads out in the chest, very comforting like. Not harsh at all. Definitly some oak spice there, tingles the tongue a bit but doesnt bite 🔥. Finish hangs around while you chat. Makes you feel proper relaxed innit. Anyway, makes for a good nite in by the fire. Would have another glass reckon. Cheers 🍻.
