This one’s a proper mystery, mate 🤔 First sniff—nip of dark sherry, bit of oak char, then it all goes a bit… *glitchy*. Like someone mashed the keyboard halfway through the tasting notes. Right then, just had a wee dram of this 🥃. Nose is lovely, proper fruity. Got hints of pear and maybe some orange peel 🍊. Smells like an orchard on a sunny day. Taste is smooth, no burn at all. Sweet like toffee and honey 🍯. Then a bit of dark chocolate comes through. Finish goes on a bit, spicy warmth. Reminds me of christmas cake. Realy enjoyable stuff. Perfect for a rainy evening 🌧️. Would have another glass tomorow. Cheers 🍻.
