Right-o, took a sip and it's like walking into a bakery with all the sourdough and wholegrain bread vibes. There's a dollop of honey sweetness mixed with walnut wine and a touch of apple vinegar that makes it interesting. I'm getting hints of figs and a bit of cider, maybe some mead too. The finish is long and brings back memories of Burgundy or Madeira – rather rich with a sweet mustardy edge. Feels extremely good, like it's lifting my mood with every sip. 😊

整体很complex,像Madeira和啤酒的混合,还有very old riesling的醇厚。 喝了之后心情特好,good mood!觉得像在喝mead或chouchen,带点walnuts的香和liquorice的草本味。 straw的清新感也有,bakery的味道弥漫。extremely good的一杯!😊

Blimey, this one's got layers like a proper Sunday bake 🥖 First sip hits with that rich, figgy sweetness and a dollop of honey... almost like dunking wholegrain bread into walnut wine. Then this lovely dry, peppery kick comes through, kinda like a rather posh mustardy chutney on the side. The finish is long and warming, reminds me of an old Burgundy or a strong cider left in the sun. There's even a hint of baker's yeast and orange cordial in there, believe it or not. Leaves you in a cracking good mood 👍

Rather cosy dram, this. Honeyed and a bit mead-like, with figs, walnuts and a splash of cider vinegar 🍯 There’s a funny mustardy nip, then liquorice, old Riesling vibes and a peppery little kick. Long, warming finish — slightly rustic, but honestly puts me in a good mood.

Warm and mellow, with a wee bit of dried fruit and spice. Feels cosy, like sitting by the fire on a rainy evening 😊 A touch oaky, slightly sweet, and nicely smooth.
