Ooh, this one's a bit of a journey, innit? Starts kinda sweet, like honey from the comb 🍯, then you get this lovely waft of smoke, like a distant bonfire on a crisp autumn evening 🌬️. There's a spicy kick too, maybe cinnamon or something, that tingles nicely. The mouthfeel is proper smooth, almost creamy. You get these lovely fruity notes after, maybe baked apples and a bit of orange peel. It's got a depth to it, like you're tasting layers. The finish is long and warming, leaves a kinda woody, vanilla taste. Really comforting. Makes you wanna sit in a comfy chair with a good book. Definitely a slow sipper, savour it, yeah? A real favourite for a quiet night in. 😌

Apples & a bit of honey on the nose 🍎. Taste is kinda like... burnt caramel? Maybe some nuts in there too. Goes down smooth. Definitley getting some toffee vibes 🍬. Honestly? Solid.

Right, first sip is proper smoky 🔥, like a campfire in your mouth. Then comes this sweet honey notes 🍯, kinda warm and smooth. Bit of apple or pear? 🍎 Very moorish, gonna have another!

Right, so... had a few drams of this one. Initial notes? 🔥 a proper smoky hit, initally. Very campfire-ish. But wait... then it opens up. 🍯 Get some lovely honey sweetness, a bit of vanilla too. Really nice balance. And underneath, there's some fruitiness - maybe like stewed apples? A touch of spice at the end, like ginger or nutmeg. 🌶️ Proper complex stuff. The mouthfeel is quite lush, not thin at all. Lingering finish, that smoke comes back softly. Really enjoyed that, a proper winter warmer. 🥃
