Ooh, this is a proper complex one, innit? 🤔 First hit is defo that peat smoke – like a bonfire on a damp evening. But then... wait... there’s this lovely sweet underneath? Sort of like honey on toasted oats. 🍯 Get a bit of dried fruit too, maybe raisins or something. And aye, there’s a spicy warmth at the end, like a bit of ginger or cinnamon. It’s not harsh, just... there. Smells a bit like an old leather armchair in a cosy pub. 🤷‍♂️ Yeah, I’d say it’s well balanced, that.

Aright, so basically... 🥃 It hits you wif a nice warm glow first, kinda like sittin' by a fire on a chilly night. You get this proper smokiness, but not too in-yer-face, more like a distant bonfire. 🌲🔥 Then there's sumfing sweet, almost like honey or toffee, that sneaks in. Makes it real smooth goin' down. And there's a bit of fruitiness too, maybe some apple or pear? Keeps it from bein' too heavy. Overall, it's dead comfy. Like a big ol' hug in a glass, innit? Proper lovely for a slow evening. 👍

Just nosed this one. 😉 Really hits you first with **smoky citrus** – like oranges over a campfire, if that makes sense? Then it turns all **honey & oak** on the tongue. A bit of cinnamon spice comes through. ✨ Warming, but not too aggressive. Finish is long, a little **peaty**, with a lingering sweetness. A proper "thinking man's" dram, this. 👍 *rether* complex, honestly. Would pair lovely with a book and the rain outside. 📖🌧️
