Warm and cosy, with a bit of honey, oak and dried fruit coming through. There’s a gentle spice too, like ginger and pepper, but it stays pretty smooth 😊 Feels like a nice slow sipper on a chilly evening.

Ah right, this one's quite nice! Starts off with a realy warm, kinda sweet honey taste 🍯, then that classic peat smoke comes through, but not too strong. Has a lovely vanilla and oak finish that lingers. A proper fireside sipper, that. 🔥

Oh wow, that nose! 🥃 So much going on. First hit is a lovelyy, smooth sweetness - like vanilla custard and maybe a bit of baked pear? Then there's this proper crisp apple note, very fresh. A tiny hint of smoke in the back, just a whisper. Not peaty, more like a distant bonfire on a cool evening. 🔥 The palate is a bit different. More spice! That cinnamon'n' nutmeg warmth hits straight away. Gets a little dry, like good dark chocolate. Finish is long, with that sweet vanilla coming back and a dash of orange peel. Really quite complex for its age. A proper fireside dram, this one. 🍂 Cheers!

Right, had a wee dram of this tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper lovely, smells like libary books and honey. 🍯 Taste hits warm, spicy kick but smooth like. Remindes me of Christmas pudding. 🎄 Finish lingers on the tongue... very moreish. Perfect for chillin by the fire on a rainy day. 🌧️ Cheers mates! 🍻
