Right, had a wee dram tonight and here's my notes 🥃 First whiff - proper honey and vanilla hit me, like walking past a bakery. Then these lovely floral notes come thru, bit of grass and some herbal thing I can't quite place 🌿 On the palate - ohhh creamy as anything! Butterscotch and toffee just melt across the tongue. Get some nice citrus, lemon and orange mainly. Pear and cherry lurking in there too 🍊🍐 Then the smoke creeps in - gentle peat, not overwhelming like. Oak's there obvs, with a touch of brine and sea salt giving it that coastal vibe 🌊 Spices join the party after - ginger, bit of cinnamon, nutmeg. Dried fruit and marzipan remind me of Christmas cake tbh 🍰 Finish is lovely - chocolate and coffee notes linger, with that malt sweetness sticking around. Bit of caramel too 👌 Honestly just proper lovely stuff this. The kind of whisky you sip slowly on a cold evening with your feet up 🧦

Mmm, that's a proper one. Nose is all warm spices - cinnamon, nutmeg. Like walking into a cozy kitchen. 🍂 Taste? Oh, it's a rich one. Got a lovely, honeyed sweetness right at the front, then comes a bit of dried fruit - raisins, maybe. It's got a real nice, smooth texture too. 👌 Finish is long and warming, with a touch of smoke that lingers, like a distant campfire. Quite moreish, that. 🔥 A wee bit of vanilla in there too, I reckon. Solid dram.

Right then, had a wee dram of this tonight 🥃. Smells proper comforting. Like walking into an old library with some dried fruit 🍇. Bit of honey too. Taste's warm going down. Sweet at first then a bit of spice kicks in 🌶️. Definetly feels rich on the tongue. Finish lingers alot. Makes you wanna sit back and relax 🔥. Not too smoky, just right for a cosy evening. Would have another. Cheers! 🍻
