Right, had a wee dram of this one... 🥃 Nose is like a bonfire on a wet beach—salty peat smoke, a bit of iodine. Then there’s a honey’d sweetness popping through, almost like tinned peaches wi a dust of cinnamon. Sip it: Oof, oily and chewy. Toffee apples, bit of barley sugar, then a proper kick of black pepper & clove. That seaside thing stays, like driftwood embers. Finish is long, warming. A faint wisp of lemon peel and a whisper of garden herbs. Maybe thyme? Top stuff to sip slow on a drizzly eve. 🌧️🔥
