Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get honey, vanilla, a bit of oak and gentle spice. Some dried fruit too, with a soft smoky touch. Feels smooth, slightly sweet, and nicely warming on a chilly evening.

Soft smoke, a bit of sweet malt and dried fruit. Feels warm and cosy, with a peppery tingle at the end 🥃 Quite easy-going, but still got a wee bit of character.

Then you get this wave of sweet things - defo some honey and a touch of vanilla, maybe even a hint of cherry. A proper warming feeling going down, with a subtle smoky note that lingers. I added a single drop of water and it really opened up, revealing a bit of citrus zest. 🍊 A complex but utterly enjoyable sip. Perfect for a quiet evening. 🥃
